Team
Early Break believes that our best and most valued resource is our work force and expectations on their abilities to deliver an exceptional service to young people are high. In order to facilitate such a level of commitment from our staff, training is an important aspect of Early Break life. All our staff are given the opportunity to attend a five day residential training course on managing change in a person centred service. This course trains and reinforces the basic and important beliefs of the Service.
It is important that Early Break keeps its remit of being a young person’s treatment service firmly in its focus. It is not our intention to become a generic young people’s service. The Management Team at Early Break have a very “hands on” approach and are fully involved in the work of the Service. There is an open door policy for workers to approach the Senior Managers and all managers are involved in case load management, making sure that we are doing what we say we are doing – providing an excellent service for young substance misusers in Bury, Rochdale and East Lancashire.
On the following pages you'll find photograph's of the staff members and a brief description of their role in service.
