Early Break offers a free and confidential service for young people with issues around drugs and alcohol.

Planned interventions following an assessment and care plan can include:

• Information and education for harm minimisation
• Advice and guidance
• Mediation
• Advocacy
• One to one counselling
• Short term support for parents/carers
• Daytime access to alternative therapies (evenings available)
• Support into ‘in-patient’ care i.e. detox & rehab
• Access to the Early Break Doctor
