What we do

Emotional Health & Wellbeing groups

Support

Early Break offers free ‘Emotional Health & Wellbeing’ groups. The aim is to reduce the risks that a young person might take in relation to their emotional health and wellbeing and increase their resilience to work through emotional issues and improve self-care.

These groups are subject to funding and the offer varies across our geographical areas in Greater Manchester. To find out if we are running a group in your area please call 0161 723 3880 or email info@earlybreak.co.uk
